Oregon Department of Health and Human Services

Impact Oregon is a project of the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) within the Oregon Department of Human Services.

In response to a mandate from the state, ODDS was tasked with developing a job board that could connect job seekers with jobs in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field. Jobs in the field include positions that provide direct care and/or services to people who have an intellectual and/or developmental disability, as well as administrative or management positions.

Parallel built impactoregon.careers using React, Gatsby, and Drupal. We emphasized simplicity and speed in our application, meticulously designing components and a user interface that met the requirements of this hyper-focused job market.
