Usability testing for the Department of Early Learning

We love long partnerships with our clients and embrace an approach to work that recognizes that the best software applications grow and change over time.

That is why we jumped at the opportunity to assist the Washington State Department of Early Learning (DEL) with a usability review of their career portal that we designed and launched for them in 2015. We are in the middle of surveying multiple stakeholder groups, reviewing videos of task-based usability testing, and pouring over their traffic analytics. 

As the early learning profession adapts in Washington State, and nationally, we plan to help DEL update their site to meet the needs of the community.
