Compensation: $55K-$72K / DOE

We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team to help guide and support our public sector and non-profit clients through transformational software projects.
Responsibilities
Manage project timelines especially when there are challenges
Act as the main contact for clients, facilitating meetings and communications between client organizations and Parallel
Monitor multiple projects at once via online tools like Trello
Assist in writing proposals and other project documentation
Content management and migration
Assist with project and content strategy
Craft detailed meeting notes
Create and analyze user surveys
Provide help desk support
Communicating client requests with development team and Technical Project Manager
Requirements
Extremely strong organizational skills
Experience with web platforms design, configuration, and management
Experience working with public sector and non-profit clients preferred
Excellent writing skills
Proven record of managing the delivery of web applications
Ability to absorb and understand complex content from client to client
Understanding of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies

2+ years in project/account management
